Single Mom's Night Out will be providing childcare by registration only. Please sign up by the deadline of NOVEMBER 2nd - in order to accommodate all childcare needs.

Below you will also find a list pertaining to illness. Your child will not be allowed to stay in childcare if they have any of the following symptoms:

• A fever of 100° or higher (in the past 24 hours)
• Excessive coughing and/or a common cold
• Diarrhea or vomiting—no matter the cause (includes teething, medication, etc.)
• Pinkeye or eye infection (mucus or redness of the eye)
• Any unexplained rash or skin infection
• Colored mucus or constant runny nose
• Sore throat
• Lice (eggs or nits)
• Any other communicable/contagious disease

All children must be free of these symptoms, without medication, for at least 24 hours. Any other suspicious symptoms are subject to question by the daycare director at the time.
